✈️ How Traveling Shapes My Approach to Marketing
Travel has always been more than a hobby for me. It’s been a classroom. Every trip has taught me something new about culture, behavior, and connection. The same lessons that make me a better traveler also make me a more creative and empathetic marketer.
During my undergraduate years at the University of Cincinnati, I was fortunate enough to participate in four study abroad programs. Each one shaped me in different ways — whether it was learning to adapt to new environments, understanding consumer behaviors in different cultures, or simply appreciating how people around the world connect with brands and stories. Those experiences sparked a lifelong curiosity: how can I take what I learn from the world and apply it to the way I help brands communicate?
To me, luxury has never just been about material possessions. Luxury is the freedom to explore, to learn, and to grow. Travel gave me that sense of luxury — not in terms of extravagance, but in terms of perspective. And it’s this perspective that has deeply influenced the way I see marketing.

Each new culture I’ve experienced has sharpened my ability to understand audiences, tell compelling stories, and adapt to challenges. It has taught me that marketing, much like travel, is about creating meaningful connections and leaving lasting impressions.
I don’t see travel as a separate passion or something I have to choose over my career. Instead, I see it as a part of who I am — a source of energy, inspiration, and perspective that helps me bring more value to the teams and brands I work with.
